Hare – week 49

There’s no pretty way to present hare, but here it is. Cooked with broth, a splash of apple cider vinegar, carrots, onions, garlic, and spices. Must admit, it wasn’t my favourite meat. It had a strong flavour being a wild animal, but still tasted good. I’m not sure what I could compare it to.. beef? Three more weeks to go!
